hi all.
almost the whole of this wk was spent in band, preparing for the SYF..

my, we're not sounding gd, it's so pressurizing and discomforting. plus i'm damn bloody sharp, i neeeeeeda flattener. argh! furthermore, 3 teachers reprimanded us..

we shldn't be allowing such things to happen at this point of time. with my fingers crossed, i really hope that we wld be able to improve within the nx few days...11 days to SYF. *stress*

the stack of hmwk awaiting dreads me. but what to do? teachers are mean creatures, but they are the ones bringing us to greater heights. so i gotta stop negotiating with them over hmwk. i mean try..

sometimes when i reflect, i truly regreted not treasuring all the friends that i met in my life.. it's really heartaching losing them. i want to treasure everyone i met and will meet, keeping them in my treasure 'chest'.

no time to blog, argh.

anyw, i met up with my gfs quite some time back. we did SHOPPING!! *hooray* we bought food, tees, heels, accessorizes, fake nails, wallet and did the girl-talk together! but lets catch a movie the nx time we meet up ya? i love them to the core of the universe.. LOVE!

the four of us strayed away aft gg into 4 different schools.. gg onto different routes.. busy with studies & sch.. but i believe & knw that one day we'll get back to those days in the past.. so close to each other, feeling easy sharing everthing/anything with each other.. or even better. we'll nv part (: hope to see them soon...

the wkend's dawned into CNY o7 already, hw time flies..
had celebrations in school..i love Fuaziana's angelic voice. Haohan's still alright. but good job guys. Shijian gave everyone a huge angbao, no $$$.. but lots candies and chocos!! thks! *i ate*
went to granny's and cucu's hse on sat.. *i ate and ate*

'gong xi fa cai..hong bao na lai..' this routine carried on and on. kinda pity my pathetic parents.
watched 'marrying a millionaire' on mon..can look at many pretty gals in it, but not many charming man. as i watch i ate..

yo..y0YoO! its Friday baby (:

the O'levels results were out and guess what? our sch improved dramatically leh. wo0ts! the sec fours were to stay and witness it, which seemed to us like it gna takes forever.. furthermore we went straight frm that 'interesting' chi enrichment, real tired. i think the lecturer was really good at insomia therapy. our heavy eyelids sank and our shoulders slouched.
in the hall, altho i wasnt the one recieving the results, i felt the beat of the seniors' hearts..filled with excitment, nervousness and anxiety, engulfed with adrenaline. then, sooo many teared uncontrollably.. but you know why not? not tears of grievance but tears of fulfillment and satisfaction. its quite fun basking in that kinda ambience.. hehs.
it gna be my turn so0on man, super duper stressed. will i shed tears of joy like 'em? God bless me, yea.

i'm worried abt so many things, that's sinful i knw. started tution, saturday band pracs, more paino less, more asp. furthermore my tution clashes with some of my asp and band pracs! *devastated*

got my artificial nails and nail arts (: kinda felt elated.
wna watch 'ni lai zhi na ke xin'.. still hvnt got over the korea-craze.
managed to watch 'the dance floor', just mediocre.
back to school tmr, its a new week, a new start.

i watched death note 2 alr! wahahas. with my jody & my calla, we shared Ben & Jerry's 3 flavour ice-cream and pop-corns. eat so much ya? but who cares.. aft that, we went to Times and hunted for bks. so diligent right.. ended up buying soooo many bks. they are our babies ok, so duncha dare lost or spoil them. first time go hm with so many bks, normally are shoes, dresses, tops, bags etc. missed gg out tgt! lookin forward to the next bks-shopping.. slipped on a red dress, pinned up my hair & attended year end's dinner at the neptune. had ten course dinner, service, countdwn & watched the fireworks! love the fireworks!! (: got home at ard 2plus in the mrng.

woke up, and went to east coast park with family. had fun, joy & laughter!

last sat: spent at coasta sands resort. tgt with yf-sians cum yls. we cycled, got lost and found again. sam jus cldnt stop laughing throughout & went hahahah.BBQed and met the Franks (sausages). sent them to the pit for tanning/suana and're ready for consumption. shared 3 tubs of Ben & Jerry's. love the coffee flavour with large choco chips. i feel heaven. played indian poker & ate like boars. played game of life till 2plus..slept at 4am.

Christmas eve: set off frm the resort & went for service tgt. had caroling practices with tnyf, punj, bb & gb. drank lotsa pollen honey. and set off to carol & gorged at all 3 beautiful hses. felt like a santa claus, i gained another kilo! reached home at ard twelve.

i didnt attend yf for quite sometime, kinda miss yf. nw, i hv cleared my cca wkend practices & i wna go back to yf.. hahs. so do welcome me back ya? seeya guys at year end's dinner.

anyway, i did enjoy the 3D2N band camp in sch. *hip hip hooray*
we had band exchange programmes on all 3 days. with our cousin bands: Shuqun Sec, ZhengHua Sec, YuanCing Sec, Dunman High, Riverside Sec, Tanglin Sec. imagine the crowd. was exciting to meet different bands of diff backgrds. we practiced from 8am to ard 9/10pm. & i became a china panda, hate dark circles to jupiter's core. *SHOO* panda eyes.

got our clarinet tee. woots! so nice so nice.. i practically ran abt like a mad cow with it. 2 thumbs up!!

on the 2nd night, had BBQ. ate like nobodies business.. love the otah. played games with clarnt grad seniors. game: to run 10 rounds ard a bottle, then run to the 4 fully filled cups and blow the cap from the first to the fourth. when it ended, we splashed the water at the 7 seniors. jj & joshua came & acted like heros to their rescue, distributed the jerseys & saved them. dont know if they're touched or not, but am sure they're quite happy.. (: we changed into the jerseys & snappd grp pics. *3 cheers to clarinetists!*

nw its time for campfire! *campfire's burning in the dark dark night.. you go wooo yay!! yipee yipee yay!!* thks to the ncc peeps, they helped us with the campfire. (: started off cheers to make the band high. then had singing competition. hahas. & bid farewell to Mrs Sim. ('orh lang sai')

just before breaking camp, we had a X'mas gift exchange among the sister bands: shuqun, zhenghua & our band. fun right? i gave a pretty/cute/practical pencil holder & a box of rocher in return. it's frm Natalie. loves chocolates!

firstly,i wna thank CHRYSTLE & HUIMIN for lending us a hand. although i'm not close to them, but i still wna say 'A BIG THANK YOU' to them. they're sooo willing to fork out their precious time just to help, so grateful to them. rly sry to bother both of you. you guys are truly appreciated!!(:

in white top & shorts,i met the rest of the clarinetists to pay up for their jersey. the N' level results were released today, so we recieved news abt the results of some of our seniors.. some were contented, while some were upset. i had a sudden feeling that my O' lvl is very near.. *stressed*
at that point of time, the hornists came & i helped them to draw little peeps for their section's tee. so honoured can.. by five plus six, most of the clrntists paid up. left sy, joshua & i nw. francy called up the jersey shop & was told that they're ready for collection at 8pm today.
met francy & ailing & rushed to Queensway.. this killing journey took us abt an hour or so la.

alight the bus & it rained damn heavily, none of us have an umbrella.. so kena stuck at that stupid bustop for abt 2o mins.. us being borned creative, some suggested to take a cab just to make a u-turn to get thr (can cost ard $5 man, cause its durin' busy hr), some wna buy 2nd-hand umbrellas from passer-bys, some wna lift JOSHUA up & act as an umbrella (omg), some wna go ikea buy a table to shelter ua instead, etc.

as the sky starts to clear, we decided to dash all the way to the complex. and so we did. some of us were sick but thr's no choice. so suay la, i wore white somemore.. obviously got drenched & our hair was all flattened, but fortunately cldnt see thru. was soooo excited to see the jersey but you know what? the shop was closed. argh! cant stand it la. we reached at ard 8:15. took all the trouble to make our way dwn.. and they stated clearly on the reciept that we can collect them on the 18th. tmr's our camp & we need it, today is the last day we can get it.
so francy phoned the person.. "but it's impossible for me go back now, i'm far away from Queensway.... blablabla.."he said. and i said "this is ridiculous.." at the backgrd & he heard. he got angry & cut off the line.. wth. super pissed. what kinda service is this? so cant be helped, gta go back tmr to collect.. called many frens to help us collect tmr, but to no avail. on the spur of that moment, singyee rang huimin followed by chrystle & they were willing to help us!!! (: *yipeeeee* we wna give them 4o bucks for taxi fare. so thats settled.

next, we calculated the amt of $$$ we collected. but thr isnt enough.. thks to those who didnt pay up punctually. hais, so i ended up paying $133 for the amt of $$$ we're short of. pls pls pls return me asap, i'm gg bankrupt! got home at ard 11:30.
it was a bad day.

both are at fault. so learn from this experience.
lessons learnt:
#1. to be punctual no matter if it rains/shines
#2. never say out what what're you thinking (or u'll not be served)
#3. always bring an umbrella along during monsoon period
#4. speak solfly in SBS buses. (AL & Jo did crescendo: mp-fffffff when debating) hehs.

just finished packing my bagpack for band camp a few more hours later.. this is my last camp with CVMB-sians. rly hope that it'll be a memorable, fun and also a training camp that'll increase our band's standard as while as to greatly strengthen our internal bonding... the prezzie and bkmark.

woke up early, got changed into a sporty outfit & prepared for service. bumped into Clare, bought a grey bookmark frm her & helped raise funds for a missionary trip. wna go for a mission trip too one day, hehe, was way too busy this yr. *boo*
aft service, went home to complete my piano theory.. the sky was gloomy & poured heavily, prefect for a nap. so crawled onto my bed and gone to ~lalaland~...

45mins ltr, got up unwilling & headed for piano lesson. reached tampines & pressed the 'dingdong' bell.. to my surprise, i saw a nicely wrapped gift placed on the desk. "this's for you, today's our last lesson for the year...", my teacher smiled. so sweet of her, touched my heart.. *giggles* hmm, my last lesson with her till 2oo7, will miss her for sure. ):

appreciate every single thing you have in life. be grateful and you will find life more meaningful..

in the plane!

went for band till ard 6.. so tired everyday la *yawns*.. we changed choice piece again for the moment, its nt as tough. but thr's a part which highly demands our co-ordination capability, kinda parlous. hope that we'll master that section aft a few more practices.. hehs. but no matter which piece we gna play, we'll do our best to play well eh?

recently, so many ppl ard me went overseas. the hols' ending soooo soon la. i hvnt even hv the time to rly relax, my schedule's always fully packed. really super tired + exhausted daily, to the extend of giving up, but i told myself not to. i'm jus an ordinary student yet i'm busier than my working parents.. aiyo. wna board a plane right nw and fly to wadever country.. jus to set aside my stressful life. hehe. hw i wish that i'm like my fortunate frens going abroad..

but i do treasure every minute + moment in my life, whether its stressful or enjoyable.. so i shall not evny others, instead let the others envy. duncha agree? i always tell jo this, & vice versa. always think on the bright side of life.

gna do 4 sets of theory hmwk, TYS for piano exams and some other test papers by tonight. (think i've to tie my hair to the ceiling with a string to keep me awake) *yawns*

dad took leave today. so we accompanied him and roamed abt Chinatown cum PlazaSing. hehe. went to Chinatwn for breakfast. daddy and jojo decided that we shall order the famous chicken porridge and raw fish. queued and 'tadaa..', the saliva-watering bowls of porridge were served. *yummy* plus it costed us only $8.4o in total, cheap eh? we enjoyed them so much and got ourselves 'pregnant'. (super full can.) PS:mus mus try!

soon aft,four 'pregnant' fellows waddled to a stationery shop dwn the street. took many pics thr like mad & patronised for an hour or so. strolled ard Chinatown and got ourselves ended up at Clarke Quay unknowingly. then kevin was hungry again! hence brought him to Han's and ordered a turky set. cost ard ten bucks. slackin' and crappin' away..

next, went to PS to purchase sausages for kevin's X'mas party. saw the black FBT shorts i wna buy too, its $1o.9o. it cost only ten at Queensway,most likely will get it next monday when collecting the jerseys. was also looking out for a small & light slping bag under my budget of $15. kinda broke due to many events coming up recently. *boo* but the one i saw was heavy, big and bulky even though it cost $18.9o, jus a little above my budget. need it for camps badly, bet thr'll be more camps coming up in the future. PS: any gd deals?

okay,back to the sausages. entered CarreFour, thr's offer for tibits! was glued to them & tried them, real tasty. managed to beg daddy (my old folks seldom approve us on tibits). so since the chance is here, jo & i took 3 huge packets off the rack. $3.9o each aft discount. got a loaf of soft bread for just 99 cents, it must be freshly baked from the oven cos thr're water vapours on the plastic sheet. gd deal again! *giggles*

got distracted by rich aroma of roasted chicken which led us to the chicken's department. kena tempted,so chose two meaty honey chicken and added them to one of our baskets. finally, we saw the sausages nicely packed in large packets. grabbed a couple of them and went straight to the cashier and... mission accomplished! hahas.

we were way too tired to continue shopping, thus left for home. and now, i wna enjoy the delicious stuffs awaiting, seeya! what a bliss... TGIF (:

hey (: actually planned to go for a swim at compass heights tgt with my clar'mates at noon. but francy cldnt make it, so another day i guess. *boo*

thus, got myself stuck at home with my sis. we planned to go hougang mall for lunch and renting her vcds. but we were kinda lethargic and were too lazy to move our heavy bodies. the more the time we dragged.. our empty stomachs begun to produce soft growling noises, signalling hunger. then, an idea popped out of her in sudden:"let me do the boiling!"(soup)
okay wadever, i jus need some food.

soon, she came into the study room with a spoon in eagerness cum exuberance.."try it. nice not? smells good right?!" and stuffed the spoon right into my mouth. (the metal spoon is damn hot can.) obviously i said "ahhh..." la. duh. but still drank it or i get smacked. i looked at her blankly, then commented hopefully "yea, smells great, but quite tasteless...how ah?" her wide grin ceased and she headed towards the kitchen disappointedly. *paiseh*

within minutes, she returned and the whole routine repeated. but this time, it tasted btr, but still not rly that nice. (think she stir the soup or something to even up the concentration) so i told her it was not too bad. she was nw contented & disappeared back to the kitchen.

now, with a large bowl of soup in her palms,she came in for the 3rd time.there're soft potatoes,carrots and onions. since my sis took the trouble to boil us the soup, i sldnt be picky, just drink it up! (: so we drank up the soup and lived happily ever after. hehe.

thks jo for the soup, failure is the way to success ya! might be gg out ltr tgt to get some tibits. yes, we love tibits.

now at least my com's btr,i gna seize this opportunity to blog ya.
anyway,went for cca the entire day as usual.supposed to collect the balance for the jerseys,but only managed to collect a quarter.i gna b a loan shark for the next few days,hehe.but no worries la,believe that they'll b willing to pay aft understanding the rational(: pretty excited abt the jerseys,wonder hw it looks when its ready for collection..

man,till nw still hvnt start on any of my hmwk yet can.i bet i'd alr forgttn certain formulas..gna get startin,but when? argh!real busy.

the year's coming to an end. on one hand,i shall reflect on the yr 2oo6..did i improve or just simply wasting my time aimlessly? and on the other,i shall start preparing for the arrival of 2oo7. probably clear up my super duper messy desk and bursting wardrobe first,packing up always takes me forever.hehe.
